I have recommended this book to many people...
I first read this book in 2012 and it completely blew my mind and heart wide open!
It also fulfilled my longing to deepen my understanding of the human experience, and the 'voice' inside our head, i.e. the incessant mental chatter that goes on in our mind! It's a great read and one that takes you deep into the mystery of being human, and ways to begin working with your body and mind.
This was also the book that led me to meditation practice in 2012, and ever since, my deep respect, appreciation, and love for meditation practice has only deepened.
