A Little About Me
My Practice
Through out my career one important thing I learned is that being a human can be so complex. Which is why I am passionate about guiding others through life's challenges. In my practice, I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. If you're struggling with the complexities of adulthood, self worth, romantic relationships, or dealing with the stress of depression, I am here to provide the guidance and support you need.
What I'm Like
As a relational therapist, I draw from Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness- based stress reduction, and strengths-based interventions when working with clients. My priority is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore and overcome obstacles that may be hindering aspects of your life.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
By creating a space where your most authentic self is heard and seen, my hope is that you better understand your challenges and what ever it is that you are carrying feels more manageable. Through a collaborative relationship we will work together to make steps towards your ideal future. I look forward to exploring your life and supporting you through it.
