My Practice
My name is Zoe, I’m a Registered Social Worker and Clinical Therapist. I decided to start my own counselling practice when I saw the gap in the mental healthcare system firsthand. I’ve been doing this work since I was young through my own lived experiences and I recognize the value of having our voices heard, held, and supported. Mental health affects us all whether it’s a loved one or a personal internal battle, there is no shame in seeking help. I provide counselling support that works to enhance overall well-being and mental health, using a combination of CBT, traditional psychotherapy and holistic spiritual approaches such as mindfulness, breathwork, and grounding techniques in my practice which stress the importance of self-care and self-love. I provide care to a diverse range of clients dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, PTSD, grief, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, couples counselling, and work related stress. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals as you dig deep to address various life challenges on your terms and comfort levels. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for inner healing and evolving, coupled with unwavering support and guidance on this journey to self-discovery and freedom.✨
